- I cannot see my ad on the billbaord. Can we find out when it will be displayed?
- It can be a little tricky to precisely time when an ad will appear on a selected screen within the Cidewalk Ads system because of the nature of programmatic bidding and placements. Each screen owner controls when ad spaces become available, which is not under our control. Our system dynamically purchases available ad spaces on screens from the open ad market as they become available. This programmatic real-time bidding process means that we can offer ad spots at lower budgets, but it also makes it challenging to guarantee specific time slots. Securing a specific gauranteed time slot and location would require larger budgets and longer-term commitments, unlike our flexible, budget-friendly approach which leverages available slots as they open.
