Will i get to choose my billboard view dates and location?
Yes! You can set your start and end dates and your own budget OR select monthly or discounted annual ad packages.
WHEN AND how many times will my digital ad be shown?
Digital Billboards typically cycle through 6 to 8 ads per minute with each ad being shown for 8 to 10 seconds. The number of times your ad will shown depends on your budget or the plan you select. Ad spots will be distributed through the day (8am to 6pm) based on campaign budget and availability on the selected screen(s). For example, if you selected the Business plan, which gets you 300 ad plays each month, you ad will be shown approximately 10 times each day, and approximately 1 to 2 times each hour. You can set your own custom budget with start and end dates or select an ongoing monthly or discounted annual plan. The system will pace your ad campaign and distribute your eligible ad plays accordingly.
DO I NEED TO CREATE MY AD?
You can upload your banner ad or select from pre-set templates to create your own.
WHEN CAN I SEE MY AD LIVE?
- All ads will get reviewed and submitted for approval by the billboard sign partners.
- Once approved, usually within 24 hrs, the system will start bidding on the screen(s) selected to start purchasing ad spots in real time.
- Digital billboards refresh every 10 seconds. Each time your ad shows up on the screen, called an "ad play", it gets displayed for 10 seconds.
- Ad spots will be distributed through the day (8am to 6pm) based on campaign budget and availability on the selected screen(s).
- Typically 9AM EST is the best time to see the ad live on the selected screen.
CAN I ACCESS DAILY REPORTS?
Once the ad is showing, you will be able to see real time reports in your dashboard along with a live map and daily ad play stats.
CAN I SELECT MULTIPLE SCREENS?
Yes. You can select as many screens as needed with no extra charges. When you select more than one screen, your campaign ad plays will be distributed across all selected screens and you ad will play on any one or more of those screens depending on availability.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. There are no long term contracts. You can cancel your subscriptiion anytime and you will not be charged going forward.
Is there an additional charge if i select more than one screen?
No. You can select as many screens as needed. The daily number of ad plays (i.e. number of times your ad will be shown), based on the plan you select, will be distributed across the selected screens, based on availability.
