Why is there a charge on my card?
It's a charge for one of our products.
Who is Cidewalk? We're a mobile advertising company based in Southborough, MA that makes advertising tools for small businesses.
Why are you charging us? This is either a recurring charge for one of our monthly plans, or a one-time charge for a Cidewalk Promotion.
Still not sure? Not to worry. If you don't recognize the products above, try asking around the office. Chances are someone else is running a promotion with us.
Where are my invoices? Each time we bill you, an invoice is sent to the email address associated with your account. Log in to your account to see a list of all the invoices.
Can we get a refund? All charges are non-refundable. Once you cancel a promotion or monthly plan, you will never be charged again.
